The unique diving program for kids who have experienced stress, loss, and displacement due to war. Designed to provide emotional recovery, reduce stress, and motivate development through safe exposure to the underwater world.

The «Life-giving Water» » program is held weekly according to a pre-agreed schedule.
The scuba diving training session lasts from 3 to 4 hours according to the formula «one instructor - one child», is accompanied by underwater photo and video shooting, and consists of the following parts:
Meeting at the KATRAN dive center at the agreed time at the address: Kyiv, 2/3 Plastova St. (Darnytska Square), Underwater Sports Palace.
Briefing (pre-dive briefing on the equipment set, rules for safe scuba diving, physiology of a person underwater, etc.). Duration up to 45 minutes.
Individual selection of equipment. Practicing basic skills in the shallow part of the pool (depth 1.5 meters). Scuba diving (duration 30-40 minutes, depth from 2 to 5 meters).
Teaching basic surface swimming skills from a professional swimming coach.
Debriefing (discussion of essential points after scuba diving). Obtaining practical skills in tying nautical knots, etc. Awarding a diploma, photo and video as a keepsake.
